ABOUT ME

I’m Lauren. I am an embodiment coach, astrologer and facilitator of somatics and yoga.

I am passionate about bringing clients more into their lives: into their bodies; into their passions; their purpose.

In a world oversaturated with set rules about what we must do and how we must be… embodiment teaches us to believe in ourselves first and from here the path is revealed. When we experience life fully in our own bodies ‘truth’ and direction becomes easy.

So many of us will waste years of our lives waiting in the shadows, hoping to be shown the way by some external authority instead of honouring the light of our own knowing. And if that sounds great but you have no clue where to start that’s where I can help.

All my offerings are guided by the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra and from this philosophy it is said that the only journey worth taking is the one that takes us to the absolute essence of ourselves and there we will meet everything.

I support the clients I work with to get to the absolute everythingness… because what else is there?
